The replacement vehicle is provided on credit terms, usually referred to as 'Credit Hire'. The period of rental will be determined by the time it will take to establish liability, repair your vehicle or final settlement in 'written-off' cases.
The vehicle we provide will be of a like-for-like or similar status to your damaged vehicle.
When a claim for personal injury is made, we will instruct a solicitor from our panel to guide you accordingly. They will provide you a No Win No Fee arrangement. Your Solicitor will assist in your claim for any uninsured losses, such as policy excess, loss of earnings etc and advise you if and when you require a Legal Expenses Insurance policy.
The process is simple; provide us the details surrounding the accident, est ablish the liability and persons involved, identify the need of the replacement vehicle and if we are sure that we will be able to successfully recover the charges from the negligent party, we will provide a vehicle immediately.
